Gardening on slope - beginner's instructions

There are different ways to lure the small friends away, but still keeping your garden from harm. The kids can also transform the garden into their own fantasyland and refuge away from their parents.

Especially on those gray days in winter it is happy to see the bright cheerful bloom of a flower, reminding that while its gray outside, color and the beauty of the green of nature is close at hand. With convenience being one, there are many benefits to patio gardening.

Select warm-season annuals, such as impatiens and marigolds, for ones that bloom from late spring to early fall. Small hanging plants, like spider plants or ferns, are visually attractive and add significance to those uninviting corners. If you use fertilizer, it should only be used during the active growth periods.

One way to make these devices last a bit longer is to change their location so that whatever wildlife is entering your garden will not know from which direction the light or sound will come from. Rose bushes are dormant during the winter; this is the best time to buy them. Whether you use clay or plastic pots, you will find that they will both be successful and the type of pot is primarily the personal taste of the gardener.

There is still plenty of time to plant, so get out there. Now, ransform your love of gardening into a year-round hobby.
